We recently moved to the peninsula and I have been craving good Vietnamese food. My husband found Viet's Taste and saw that it had good reviews so we decided to try it out. Our meal was incredibly satisfying. The fried veggie rolls were fantastic and you could tell they were fresh made in-house. I had a bite of my husband's banh mi and it was the best we've ever had, the pork was so flavorful and juicy. I had the steak pho and the broth is light but complex and you don't need to add anything to it, but I like spice so I added a couple spoonfuls of their chili oil and that stuff is liquid gold. Delicious chili oil. Definitely try this place out!

I absolutely love this restaurant for both its food and service. Everything is consistently excellent, and the staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. I made a mistake with my order due to an allergy, and they quickly remade it for me without hesitation. It’s always worth the two-hour drive from the Peninsula to come here. Thank you Viet Taste!
Very nice place and good location. The lemon grass chicken was spot on. We ordered ahead for pickup for 20 people and they had it ready to go for the time that we asked. Very friendly and the prices were good.
Very good food, so good I went twice while visiting family. The phō was flavorful, the wings as well. The service was friendly and the price was reasonable for the amount of food. Definitely will visit when I fly back to Silverdale.
Walked in and was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere! The menu has many options too, and there were options that were inclusive to my allergies. Eggrolls looked to be handmade, and had a perfect crisp to them as well. I got a chicken and rice dish, and the person I ate with got the chicken Pho. Both meals were delicious, we will definitely be coming back! (The eggrolls come in four, we ate two before I could get a picture!)
Everything tasted absolutely perfect! Service was speedy and efficient, our waitress was so kind and funny and had such a great memory she didn't even need to write anything down to get our order perfect! Everything was clean and when watching the waitress bus tables I enjoyed that she properly sanitized after guests :) definitely coming back again!
Food tastes so good. Server is very nice. Ambience is so relaxing and clean. I will be back here again and again. I ordered lemon grass chicken and it’s 10/10 Also ordered pad Thai, noodle is a little bit soggy but it tastes so good. Blended coffee with tapioca is fantastic ❤️.
My wife and I lived in WA for a year and tried many pho restaurants around Bremerton, Silverdale, and Tacoma. Early on after moving there, we found this restaurant and immediately became loyal customers because of the quality of the dishes, generous portions, and the consistently welcoming atmosphere. The hosts are always warm and welcoming, and the pho is consistently phenomenal! We truly miss this place and are looking forward to our next return.
We stopped for lunch on our way to Olympic National Park and it set us up for success for our hikes. We ordered the chicken wings to start to protein up, delicious! When there is Bun Bo Hue on the menu, I have to have it. Broth was perfect and no additions needed. My husband ordered the Special Vermicelli. The shrimp and pork had amazing smokey flavor and eggrolls were crispy and added the extra crunch to the dish. Service was quick and friendly! Restaurant was very clean and peaceful. Flavors were very authentic and portions were great!
